Enrollment Process

If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) in our program:

1. Please start by filling out the form on this page.
2. We will then contact you through e-mail or text to gather any information needed/answer questions.
3.  You can download our Enrollment Packet here and print or fill out through a program such as PDF X.  Printed forms can be scanned and e-mail or brought with you to your child’s interview.
4. We will work with you to set up a time for you to tour our classroom and for us to meet with your child.
5. Lastly, we will contact you within 5 days (depending on the number of interviews we have) about enrollment.
